 Louise gets naked

Louise is backing PETA's (People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals) 'We'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur' campaign after designers including Dolce & Gabbana and Christian Dior sent models parading down catwalks in real fur this year. The pop stars are joined in the exclusive photo shoot by Bush frontman, Gavin Rossdale, Live & Kicking's Ortis and Coronation Street actresses Naomi Russell and Suranne Jones.

'I think a video should come with every fur item sold, detailing how that coat or hat came to be,' Louise tells 19. 'The fur industry is barbaric and it needs to be stopped.' The campaign began in 1994, kick started by a naked poster of The Go-Gos featuring Belinda Carlisle. Since then celebrities including Kim Basinger, model Christy Turlington and Pamela Anderson have all shed their clothes to show support. The photos for the current campaign were shot by Mary McCartney, daughter of Sir Paul.

'Wearing fur is an advert for man's greed,' insist Damage in the feature. 'So we say fur-get about it.'
